Cleanliness and kind staff. The breakfast was also very nice with a good variety. I love the happy sayings listed places!

This Hampton was amazing, it was very clean, looked newer and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I was meeting my mom in Paul’s Valley and we had plans to go do something’s the day after our stay. I called the property a few days before we were to arrive to see if we could get adjoining rooms. since I was bringing my kids this would just make things easier. I spoke to Chrissy I believe was her name, she was so friendly and accommodating. she told me she was able to set up our rooms like that and included a note not to change it. She did however tell me that it was not guaranteed. We were able to get the adjoining rooms, which was so awesome and my toddler loved getting to just go back and forth between our room and MiMi’s room. The gentleman (sorry didn’t catch his name) that checked us in was so kind. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. when I inquired about pizza delivery he even gave me recommendation on what he thought was the best offered. My room was a double queen. It was spacious enough for us to move around and I was able to set up a pack n play between the beds for baby. The. bathroom was very nice, I loved the countertops and it had a small shelf above to sink area. The door was a slider between the bathroom and closet, very cool and modern. My mom’s room was bigger and she had a king bed. She ended up in a handicap accessible room, so it was very spacious. things were out at a lower level and her shower area had the bars and a seat. They were serving a full breakfast, the morning we were there had scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes and biscuits. They also had waffles, oatmeal, cereal, fruit (apples) and yogurt. They even had bit chocolate packets by the coffee which my eldest loved. Your normal juice choices and white 2% milk. It was good your typical hotel breakfast. Very nice comfortable dining area. It was also very clean and there was an attendant walking around cleaning the counters and such.

The employees are very kind and thoughtful, the room is super clean, and the location is perfect for travelers! 👍👍👍

Staff at check in was great. The updated rooms were nice also.
